| Several studies have suggested that dysregulation of gene transcription
could be an underlying mechanism in HD. This session will discuss the potential
role of histone deacetylase inhibitors in HD from the point of view of an expert
on gene regulation (Goodman) and a clinical trialist (Hogarth). |
