| Lynne Shinto, ND, MPH, is an
assistant professor in the Departments of Neurology and Obstectrics and
Gynecology/Integrative Medicine Division at Oregon Health & Science
University (OHSU). Dr. Shinto is also adjunct faculty at the National
College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland. She earned her naturopathic
degree from Bastyr University in Kenmore, Wash., in 2000 and her master’s
of public health from OHSU in 2005. Her research interests are in
evaluating the safety and effectiveness of complementary therapies in
chronic disorders.
