Theodore Lowenkopf, M.D. , Adjunct Assistant Professor

| Dr. Lowenkopf is the Director of the Providence Stroke Center at
Providence St. Vincent Medical Center, and is an Assistant Professor at OHSU. He earned his medical degree at Jefferson
Medical College in Philadelphia, PA, and completed a fellowship in Cerebrovascular Disease at the Washington University
School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. | | |
