Dr. Hammerstad
retired July 1999, but still teaches students, residents, and
fellows in the Movement Disorders Clinic. Dr. Hammerstad came to
Oregon Health & Science University in 1972 after receiving his B.A.
from Stanford, his M.D. from the University of Chicago, his
residency in Neurology at Peter Bent Brigham, Boston Children’s and
Beth Isreal Hospitals in Boston, and his postdoctoral fellowship at
the University of Chicago. |
