The goal of our lab is to understand the mechanisms responsible for rejection of solid organ transplants and thereby identify strategies to improve the survival of transplanted organs and transplant recipients. Our work is currently focused in two areas:

1. Understanding the processes required for induction of transplant rejection.
2. Identifying immune cells with a predilection to injuring transplanted organs.
