Information about the Sleep Fellowship
Your Completed application must include the following:
- Current curriculum vitae and personal statement.
- A Dean’s Verification letter from the school where you graduated.
- Verification of completion of a medicine internship and residency within the USA.
- Three recent) dated within the last 6-12 months) letters of recommendation.
- Verification of ECFMG scores (if foreign medical graduate).
We have an accredited one year sleep fellowship that accepts two fellows each year. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Our sleep fellowship does not participate in ERAS or the match.
