Dr. JoDee Anderson is an attending physician in Neonatology. She has developed simulation based training programs for neonatal resuscitation focusing on crisis resource management (CRM), pediatric advanced life support (PALS), extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) and grief counseling. She is currently bringing principles developed by the aerospace industry to the NICU environment to improve both teamwork and patient safety. In addition, Dr. Anderson is a co-editor of American Academy of Pediatrics online journal Neoreviews. |
