Effects of prenatal methamphetamine exposure on children
Boys and girls ages 7 to 9 years are needed for a study on the effects of methamphetamine exposure during pregnancy on learning and memory later in life. For more details, please see the study information site or contact Brian Piper at

Cerebral Correlates of Impulsivity in Methamphetamine Addiction
Volunteers are sought for a study of chronic methamphetamine dependence and brain function. The study involves magnetic-resonance imaging (MRI)
scans and tests of concentration, memory, and problem solving.
To participate, you must be at least 18 years old, have a recent history
of methamphetamine dependence, currently be involved in a substance
abuse treatment program, have not used any drugs or alcohol for 2-8
weeks, and have no metal objects in your body.
Your participation will last up to 4 days, for 4-6 hours each day, over
a 6-month period.
Participants will be paid $50, in the form of a Fred Meyer gift card,
after successful completion of each study visit (up to $200 total.)

Study of teens and methamphetamine
The Center for Family and Adolescent Research, a MARC research partner, is seeking participants ages 15-19 for a study of teens who have used methamphetamine. The Center for Family and Adolescent Research is part of the Oregon Research Institute, a non-profit research organization with offices in Eugene and Portland.
