MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assists in the maintenance of the electronic serials, including:

    • Performing audits of electronic journal holdings
    • Correcting electronic journal holdings in the Innovative Electronic Resource Management (ERM) module
    • Downloading electronic journal usage statistics
    • Creating and maintaining ERM license records and files
