In-depth research conducted by staff in the OHSU collections:

OHSU: $25.00/hour after the first 2 hours
Non-OHSU: $50.00/hour after the first 30 minutes

Photocopies/Prints:

$.10/page up to 100 pages
$10.00 surcharge for orders over 100 pages
$3.00 surcharge for fragile items
$10.00/image for ink-jet color prints of digitized images

Digitization/Scanning:

Image scans: $15.00/image, up to 300 dpi
Digital photographs: $20.00/image
Digital photograph sets (realia, object collections): $10.00 surcharge

For higher resolution scans, or publication-quality photo-reproductions, OHSU Medical Photography offers a wide range of services

Mail/Delivery Options:

Campus mail: no charge
Postal delivery for OHSU faculty, staff, and students: $3.00/order
Postal delivery for non-OHSU patrons: $5.00/order
Express mail delivery for OHSU faculty, staff, and students: $5.00/order
Express mail delivery for non-OHSU patrons: $8.00/order
Fax: $3.00/order
Email to non-OHSU addresses: $5.00/order
CD-ROM burning: $10.00/order

Loans:

OHSU faculty, staff, and students: no charge
Non-OHSU patrons: $75.00 flat fee

Staff reserve the right to deny any loan requests for materials deemed too fragile to display. Flat fee charge includes packing and shipping; the fee presumes that the borrowing repository is adequately insured against damage and loss.

Reproduction/Usage Rights:

OHSU faculty, staff, and students: no charge
Non-profits: $25.00/image
Commercial enterprises: $150.00/image
