First OHSU Medical School Class graphic

The First Class Collection was developed, from about 1938 on, from a list of the textbooks used by students in the first session of the Medical School (1887-1888). It was developed first as a special exhibit and is now located in the History of Medicine Room. The collection includes the then-current edition of Gray's Anatomy.
