What we do:

The Library Systems & Cataloging Department manages the OHSU Library's computing resources and organizes and catalogs the Library's collections. Our mission is to use our expertise in bibliographic control, cataloging, computing, and library technology to support the best possible library service for patrons of the OHSU Library. Our activities include:

  • Cataloging materials in all formats for the OHSU Main Library.
  • Maintaining and supporting the Library's computers and peripherals.
  • Developing, maintaining, and supporting the Library's automated systems, including the catalog, remote access server, and Web-enabled databases.
  • Designing and maintaining the Library's Web presence.
