ONA Represented Employees
- Up to 28 vacation days per year
- Up to 96 hours of sick leave per year
- Up to 64 hours of holiday pay per year
EXCEPTIONS: Must be at least a 0.1 FTE (full time employee), and not a resource nurse
AFSCME Represented Employees
- Up to 12 vacation days per year
- Up to 12 sick leave days per year
- 8 paid holidays per year
EXCEPTIONS: Applies to all employees except temporary (no accruals) and flex staff (holiday pay only)
Unclassified Employees
- Up to 176 hours of vacation per year
- Up to 8 hours of sick leave per month
- 9 paid holidays per year
EXCEPTIONS: Must be at least a 0.5 FTE (full time employee), and not a temporary employee
