Description
The program in which this position exists is the Department of Medical Informatics and Clinical Epidemiology (DMICE), an academic unit in the School of Medicine within Oregon Health and Science University. DMICE engages in research related to the development, dissemination, and evaluation of information technology and outcomes research in the health care field. This position supports work on clinical practice guidelines development as well as other work in systematic reviews and evidence-based medicine. The purpose of this position is to support the Principle Investigators in performing systematic reviews related to a variety of clinical medicine disciplines.

Qualifications
Qualifications: Masters Degree with major courses in field of research; three years research experience. Must have knowledge of clinical research methods and trial design, basic biostatistics, and academic approaches and culture. Must have excellent ability to attend to detail along with superb organizational skills. Must be able to work independently as well as with a team and be able to work to strict deadlines. Good communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal) are essential, along with ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently. Must be familiar with bibliographic software such as EndNote, as well as Microsoft WORD and Excel.

Schedule and Salary Range
1.0 FTE; Salary Range: $50,000-57,000/year; Location: Marquam Hill Campus
