Making an appointment:
Appointments can be made by calling the clinic at (503) 494-6813. If you have an urgent problem, when no appointments are available, you can call your doctor and leave a message. Often, your doctor can arrange a time to see you.
Medication refills:
If you need refills of prescriptions obtained at OHSU or any other pharmacy, please call that pharmacist and ask him or her to fax the refill request to (503) 494-1310. Please call ahead and allow several days for the request to be completed.
