Going to the toilet can be stressful for the elderly, especially when they can't use the toilet area safely and easily.

• Are they having difficulty just getting to the toilet?
• Are they having trouble getting up and down from the seat?
• Do they reach for a nearby towel rod that isn't designed to take such a load?
• Are they incontinent?
• Do they have trouble with their clothing?
• Do they forget what to do once in the bathroom?
