Recommended daily diet for seniors over 70.
Tuft's University adjusted the food pyramid for those over age 70 to include the recommendation for eight glasses of water a day and plenty of fiber to help manage constipation. The university's nutrition team also suggests discussing calcium, vitamin D, and B12 supplements with the doctor. |
