Nancy Glass, PhD, MPH, RN is Assistant Professor at Oregon Health & Science University and Co-Director of the Center for Health Disparities Research. She has been providing clinical services and conducting research in the area of public health, health disparities and intimate partner violence (IPV) for the past ten years. Dr. Glass has participated as the Principal Investigator, co-investigator, study coordinator or research associate for six federally funded research studies on screening, clinical and workplace interventions, risk factors for intimate partner homicide in diverse communities and improving health care providers response to survivors of IPV. Dr. Glass is a Women's Health Research Scholar funded through the Center for Women's Health at the National Institute of Health (NIH). Dr. Glass serves as an advisor to several national, state and local projects focused on increasing the safety of women in abusive relationships and ending violence against women. 503-494-6740

Corliss McKeever, MSW, is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the African American Health Coalition, Inc. and Co-Director of the Center for Health Disparities Research. The African American Health Coalition, Inc. serves as the primary advocate for improving the health of the African American population in Oregon. Ms. McKeever is nationally recognized for expertise in program development and evaluation. She is currently the Principal Investigator for a Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health (REACH 2010). This project focuses on decreasing cardiovascular disease disparities in African Americans. Additionally, Ms, McKeever is the Principal Investigator of a Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Administration (SAMHSA) project to expand addiction treatment to include HIV services for African Americans in Portland, Oregon. Ms. McKeever advises national, state and local agencies and project devoted to reducing and ending disparities in access to health and health outcomes for racial and ethnic minorities. 503-413-1850,
