OHSU Hospital and Clinics laboratories are accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP), Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), or other appropriate agencies. The laboratories also maintain current CLIA certification by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The laboratories are also compliant with all applicable state and federal requirements.
