Is there a registration deadline?
There is no deadline. You can even join Team OHSU on the night of the walk at our registration table inside the Oregon Convention Center, Hall D.

When are the OHSU t-shirts sent out? 
We will have t-shirt distribution on campus the week October 20. Team OHSU registered walkers can drop by and pick up their shirts at the times and locations listed below:

Date:  Wednesday, October 22
Time:  8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Where:  Hatfield Research Center 14th Floor

Date:  Thursday, October 23
Time:  11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Where:  Hatfield Research Center 14th Floor

Date:  Saturday, October 25
Time:  5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Where:  Oregon Convention Center, Hall D; OHSU registration table

If none of these times or locations are convenient for you, please contact Katie Wilkes at wilkes@ohsu.edu or 503-494-5293.  Please note that shirt quantities are limited, and they will be distributed on a first come, first served basis.

Do I have to raise a minimum amount to receive an OHSU shirt?
No, Team OHSU walkers do not need to raise a minimum amount of funds to receive a shirt. OHSU shirts are free for all Team OHSU registered walkers.

What are the registration fees to join? 
There are no registration fees. It is free to participate in the walk.

What happens if I raise $100.00? 
If you raise $100.00 or more, you are considered a Champion of Cures! You will receive a LLS shirt, illuminated balloon and a meal ticket. Vouchers for the LLS shirt, balloon and meal ticket can be picked up during any of the t-shirt distribution dates, then claimed the night of the walk.

Are pets allowed? 
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Only service animals.

How do I turn in donations (cash, checks, etc.)?
