1.0 mL serum, frozen.
SERUM TEST IS INVALID DURING PREGNANCY OR WHEN PATIENT IS ON ORAL CONTRACEPTIVES ; TEST MUST BE DONE ON LEUKOCYTES. CONSULT LABORATORY AT (503) 494-5400 FOR DETAILS.
An additional fee will be charged for urgent (STAT) sample (i.e., any sample connected with a pregnancy of 16 weeks or over is considered STAT). For requisition slips.
