Presence or absence of Y specific DNA sequence, and/or homologous X-Y amelogenin gene sequences.
- Comments:
- Applicable to determine the sex of fetuses at risk to be affected with an X-linked genetic disease. Please call the laboratory at 503-494-5400 prior to collecting the specimen.
