Specimen
Requirements:

4 mL blood, RED top tube. Send to Lab on ice and spin and freeze serum within 4 hours. For requisition slips.

Pediatric Specimen
Requirements:

3 mL blood, RED top tube. Send to Lab on ice and spin and freeze serum (200 microL) within 4 hours.

Reportable Range:
25 IU/mL to 25,000,000 IU/mL is the dynamic range of the assay.
