Requirements:
- 6 mL Bone Marrow, or EDTA/ACD Whole Blood with a minimum of 20% blast cells. Room Temperature. For requisition slips.
- Reference Range:
- No internal tandem repeat detected.
- Comments:
- PCR followed by denaturing HPLC to detect the presence or absence of the internal tandem repeat associated with FLT3. 20% blasts in the specimen is required by the assay parameters.
