Requirements:
- URINE: 2 mL random urine or aliquot of a 24 hr urine. Refrigerate sample during collection and mix thoroughly before removing aliquot. Refrigerate and deliver within 4 hr or freeze and transport frozen. A 24 hr collection is preferred but not essential. Sample can be split for VMA or Catechol assay at main laboratory and 10 mL aliquot of 24 hr collection with total volume noted on requisition slip. For requisition slips.
