- PLASMA: 3 mL blood in a heparinized green top tube or 0.5 mL plasma. Deliver to lab within 4 hr or separate plasma, freeze and transport frozen. For requisition slips.

- 1 mL blood in 3 mL heparinized green top tube or 0.2 mL plasma.
