Requirements: - PLASMA: 3 mL blood in a heparinized green top tube or 0.5 mL plasma. Refrigerate and deliver to lab within 4 hr or separate plasma, freeze, and transport frozen. For requisition slips.

Requirements: - 1 mL blood in a 3 mL heparinized GREEN top tube or 0.2 mL plasma.
