Clinic Description

The  OHSU Digestive Health Center is one of the nation's few multidisciplinary Gastro Intestinal centers that integrate care in gastroenterology, GI surgery and gastrointestinal oncology.

Patients referred to the Digestive Health Center are assigned a nurse care coordinator with expertise in the patient's specific medical condition.  The care coordinator will oversee the patient's care plan which will be determined by a gastroenterologists, surgeons, oncologists, and/or otolaryngologists as appropriate to ensure quality and continuity of care.  Referring providers as well as primary care providers will receive a summary of the patient's evaluation and care plan.
