The OHSU Illumina Microarray Core is located in the Veterans Administration Medical Center.

We are accepting samples for:

1. human, mouse, and rat whole genome gene expression analysis

2. custom genotyping based upon user-selected SNP sequences

3. human whole genome genotyping

4. human methylation analysis
