Biostatistician Associate

Byung S. Park received bachelors and master's degrees in economics from Sung Kyun Kwan University in Seoul, Korea and Ph.D. degree in statistics from Oregon State University. His major field is Linear Model, Experimental Design and Variance Components. He is interested in genetic statistics and clinical trial. He is proficient in SAS, S-plus, and Matlab. He also has experience with gene microarray software such as MAS 5.0, Omniviz and Gene Spring. He currently serves as Biostatistician Associate in Cancer Institute, BBC. He provides statistical data analysis on Affymetrix and cDNA spotted array data and consults experimental design and data analysis on clinical trial. He is involved in developing tools for pre-processing data for spotted array. He also involved in several microarray studies.
