The
Bioinformatics and Biostatistics Core of the OHSU Gene Microarray
Shared Resource provides bioinformatics and biostatistics
support to the GMSR core laboratories and OHSU investigators
conducting microarray studies through GMSR.
We
develop and maintain gene expression databases, manage the
Bioinformatics Suite (computer laboratory for microarray data
analysis), provide on-site user support, conduct tutorials
and workshops on microarray data analysis, and provide in-depth
data management and analysis support on a fee-for-service
basis. |
