| The Crabapple Company | Hummus, pepper jellies, and dips. The company came about as a way for two moms to spend the day at the local farmer's market selling homemeade products. They use recipes such as Grandma Leona's green pepper jelly and other family favorites. |
| Dante's Garden Pesto | They grow their own herbs for their pesto using organic methods and use organic ingredients. |
| Dinner Delice | Providing finished meals ready to go for busy people who don't have time to cook. Our seasonal rotating menu features local produce and hormone-free meats. |
| Fressen Artisan Bakery | Fressen Bakery is a traditional German style bakery dedicated to handcrafted breads baked in a brick oven using only natural ingredients. They offer a variety of sourdough, whole grains and white breads, including pretzels as well as classes in breadmaking. |
| Greenville Farms | Family owned farm located in Forest Grove. Berries, Vegetables, Flowers, Eggs, Honey,& U-pick vegetables open on weekends. Call 503-816-0048. |
| Hacienda CDC, Micro Mercantes | Selling handcrafted Tamales. Hacienda CDC is a non profit organization assisting low income families in housing and economic development. Micro Mercantes is an economic development program currently assisting 16 women in economic & business development. |
| Hoda's Middle Eastern Cuisine | Hoda's offers healthy menu items prepared with freshness and good quality food. Fresh falafels, hummus, baba ghanouje made from scratch. Ingredients for tabouleh salad are prepared from local farm vendors. |

| The Market Gourmet | Savory & Sweet tarts made with local, in-season fruit and vegetables, offering the highest quality taste for each customer. |
| May's Produce | Family owned and run. They specialize in strawberries and dahlias and make beautiful floral arrangements for your work or home space. |
| Meadow Harvest | They raise Murray Grey cattle and Texell/Targhee sheep (Lamb). All meat is raised on their farm where they have been using sustainable farming practices for the past 30 years. |
| Mountainside Herbal Nursery | They specialize in growing beautiful herb and vegetable starts as naturally as possible. With 40 kinds of basil, 10 kinds of Mint and various kinds of tomatoes. |
| Peak Forest Fruit | 23 years in Portland selling primarily wild crafted products, many mushrooms included, to local restaurants. They sell stone fruits in the warm season. |
| Russell's Breads | Russell's Bread products focus on hearty, classic breads that bake well in the unique conditions of a wood-fired brick oven. They also specialize in flavorful, non-pastry, sweet baked items. Russell’s Bread uses locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible, such as fruits from our fellow market vendors, and chooses organic materials as often as practical. |
| Sift Bakery & Angeline's Bakery | Sift focuses on gluten-free Cookies and baked goods made from pure ingredients with nothing artificial added. They are free from corn, soy, peanuts, trans-fat, cholesterol, preservatives, and anything GMO. They aslso taste great! Angeline's makes tasty gluten-free baked goods that are enjoyable to eat! They create all of their bakery fare in a dedicated gluten-free bakery. Angeline's takes pride in using all natural ingredients in small batches for a superior quality product. These two gluten-free bakers share a booth at the OHSU market. |

| W.C. Kester Apiaries | Grandad started selling honey in 1941 and the family has been involved with bees ever since. They also make and sell natural beeswax candles and beeswax products. |
| Wild Oregon | Fresh Wild, native fish and shellfish through connections up and down the coast of Oregon and Washington. Many are small family fishers with biofuel vessels and environmental commitments including spending their off-season restoring local streams and rivers to improve fish habitat. |
New Lunchtime Hours from 11:30-3:30, requested by staff who have time only during lunchbreaks to visit the market. 90% of customers are staff.
After-Hours Produce Pick-Up pilot: A cross between a farmers market and a CSA. OHSU is a working environment and not all staff has time for the
market. This pilot project will serve those customers. We will work with you, the vendor, to create a bag full of $15 worth of produce and other goods bought
directly from vendors each week. Customers will pick up the bag after the work day on tues afternoons. We hope to accomodate the day,swing and
night shift employees with this offering. 1st bag available on tuesday, June 2nd.
It's All Good Farmers Market Items: The OHSU Food and Nutrition (F&N) Dept is dedicated to purchasing local goods for resale at Our new healthy
convenience store located on the 9th floor of South Hospital. Working with our FM vendors is first priority. The dept will also be promoting the FM
through the sale of $3 Gift Tokens to be used solely at the market and FM Canvas Bags with the FM logo, to the entire campus. Store hours are 8am-8pm Mon - Fri.
Seasonal Menus at OHSU: There are 8 locations throughout our campus where the OHSU F&N Dept serves food. Central purchasing for all locations gives
us the opportunity to buy local product and use in a variety of settings. We will be setting up relationships with various local vendors to supply
offerings for special menus.
