The OHSU Farmers Market Token Programs
$5 Tokens (Green): Most farmers don't have their own credit card machines. In order for them to accept debit cards, we have set up a service where you can buy $5 tokens at the Administrative Booth with a charge of $1.50 per transaction to cover the cost of the program. Minimum purchase is $20 or 4 tokens.
*Debit cards only, no credit cards.* Change CAN be given by vendors.
$1 Tokens (Red): These are for people signed up with the Food Stamps Program. People with an EBT (Electronic Benefits Card) can buy any amount of $1 tokens (no minimum and no charge). NO CHANGE given when items purchased with $1 tokens.
$3 Gift Tokens (Purple): This is designed to be a gift of health to your friends, co-workers, patients, neighbors or anyone you want to say a little thank you to in a healthy way!
- Available for purchase Monday-Friday in 2 locations: The new healthy convenience
store on the 9th floor called "It's All Good" or in the Food and Nutrition Office on the 3rd Floor of South Hospital (Room 3B20).
*Credit or Debit cards accepted* NO CHANGE given when items purchased with $3 tokens.
- Each $3 Gift Token costs $3.25, unless you buy in bulk.
$9.50 for a 3 pack
$32.00 for a 10 pack.
- The charge above $3 per token
is to cover the cost of the program and to serve as a small fundraiser for the OHSU Farmers Market. It's purpose is to encourage the OHSU community
to become more involved in supporting local farmers and artisans as well as a way to give a truly healthy gift.
