He specializes in Organic fruit and has been a Certified Organic farmer for the last 13 years. He owns, operates and specializes in 78.80 acres of organic cherries, pears and apples and then has 30.97 acres of conventional apples. Profarm fruit has been selected by warehouses around state of Washington to be shipped all around the world because of the size and quality that is produced every year. Paul's secret to such high quality and size fruit is from hand thinning and pruning heavily. The idea of bringing fruit to the Portland Farmers Market came from Paul's oldest son Ryan. Ryan graduated from Portland State and was amazed that when he brought fruit down for his friends, how crazy they would go over it and compliment on how it was the best fruit they have ever had. Rya

The Honey Pit (Forest Grove, OR)Description
I am a local (Sherwood and surrounding area) bee keeper. My honey comes in many flavors depending on where I place my hives. For example, if I put my hive in a cherry orchard the honey will have a distinct cherry flavor. I never add any artificial flavorings. I bottle my honey raw and unpasturised. Pasturizing it destroys the natural allergens and benefits present in local raw honey. My honey comes in sizes ranging from six ounces to 3 lbs.and can be special ordered upon request. All my honey is bottled in a licensed kitchen approved by the Department of Agriculture.

Vincent Family Cranberries.com (Beaverton, OR)Description
Hello, we are the Vincent Family. Our ‘Cranberry Roots’ go back to 1957 when our grandfather cultivated his first Cranberry ‘Bog’ on the beautiful Oregon Coast. Our Cranberries possess special characteristics such as their AUTHENTIC DEEP RED COLOR and SUPERIOR FLAVOR. These special characteristics are due to the unique growing environment found in our little part of the world. You’ll find our flavor to resemble many of the national brands, yet delivers a ‘Zingy Pop!’ all its own, that will leave you wanting more.
We don’t use corn syrup, processed sugars or other juices as a sweetener. The ingredients are very simple. WATER, CRANBERRY & RAW AGAVE. Agave is a very powerful natural sweetener, which allows us to pack more actual Cranberry into our juice. That extra dose dramatically increases the natural health benefits people have come to love and expect in their Cranberry juice.
Our Cranberry history is built off of the ‘blood, sweat & tears’ that surviving as a small independent family farm requires. The farm is more than just land to us. It represents a type of ‘sacred ground’. Small independent family farms are a rare find in today’s world. We’ve been that rare small farming family since 1957…. and we intend to keep it that way!
