Departmental Apple ordering

Go to the ITG CAPS web site and select the Apple link located under 'Computers/Hardware'. Follow CAPS instructions for ordering Apple products.

Personal Apple equipment ordering

There are two options for purchasing Apple computers for personal use: use the Apple online store or visit the retail Apple stores at Washington Square, Bridgeport Village or Pioneer Square. Educational pricing is available with a valid OHSU ID.
Visit the Apple store for education at http://store.apple.com/Catalog/US/Images/routingpage.html
Under 'Shop for Yourself' select 'Find Your College or University'.
Choose OHSU as your school and affirm that you are eligible to purchase.
Select the items and place them in your shopping cart.
Create an account and proceed with checkout.
If you need help or want to talk to someone prior to purchasing call 1-800-800-2775 or visit one of the Apple retail stores.

NOTE: Apple software at educational pricing is available only through Apple's web site.

NOTE: OHSU recommends the purchase of AppleCare for all OHSU owned systems.

Options for software already site licensed by OHSU

Options for departmental software volume licensing

OETC: www.oetc.org or 503.694.4499. They take OHSU P-cards and purchase orders. For ordering instructions call 503.694.4499 or check the web site at http://www.oetc.org/purchaseinfo.html
Contact the manufacturer directly. Many have educational pricing and will take OHSU purchase orders or P-Cards.
University of Oregon Bookstore: 734 SW 2nd Ave; 503.725.3057 (phone); 503.725.8735 (fax). Hours are Mon-Fri 9:00am-6:00pm ; Sat 10:00am - 5:00pm; Sunday 12:00pm - 5:00pm.
They will take P-Cards and OHSU purchase orders. They also sell educational software/peripherals to OHSU employees/faculty/students with valid OHSU identification.

NOTE: Remember that P-Cards cannot be used for purchases over $3000.00 which includes software.
