    Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification Exams

    To earn the MOS certification you must pass a certification exam. Successful candidates receive an Office Specialist certificate that sets you (and your RESUME) apart from your peers in the competitive job market. The MOS program provides computer program literacy, measures proficiency, and identifies opportunities for skills enhancement using the Microsoft Office programs:

    Microsoft Word

    There are four (4) Microsoft Office Window Logocertification levels available:

      • Master Instructor Certification
      • Master
      • Expert
      • Specialist

    Each has its own specific requirements.

Important Info - On the Web page, under the Certification Tracks heading, click on the Office 2003 Editions link. This will take you to a table that lists required exams and the skills standards needed to pass the exams.

    The Office Specialist program provides computer program literacy, measures proficiency, and identifies opportunities for skills enhancement. Successful candidates receive an Office Specialist certificate that sets them (and their resume) apart from their peers in the competitive job market. The certificate is a valuable credential recognized worldwide as proof that an individual has the desktop computing skills needed to work more productively and efficiently.
