Dr. Shi-Long Lu came to OHSU in February 2003 from the Howard Hughes Medical Institute at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio where he was a Research Associate in the Department of Medicine, Hematology and Oncology Division. He joined the new Division of Molecular Biology-Head and Neck Cancer Research in association with the Section of Head and Neck Surgery/Oncology in the Department of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery.

Dr. Lu's expertise is in the molecular genetics of head and neck cancer.
