Henry A. Milczuk, M.D.

Henry A. Milczuk, M.D. joined the Department of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at OHSU in 1994. He graduated from the University of Michigan and received his MD degree from the University of California, Davis. He completed his training in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Washington. In 1993, he completed a fellowship in Pediatric Facial Plastic Surgery at Arkansas Children's Hospital. He subsequently completed his fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology at the Children's Hospital in Seattle by 1994.

Currently he is on staff at Doernbecher Children's Hospital, Shriner's Hospital for Children, Providence St. Vincent, and Legacy Emanuel Children's Hospital.

As part of the Pediatrics Department at Doernbecher Children's Hospital, Dr. Milczuk and the rest of the Otolaryngology Department, is committed to Family Centered Care. This concept recognizes the central importance of the family in the well-being and care of a child. Parents are given complete information to allow them to make an informed decision that is compatible with the beliefs of their family.

• Cleft lip and palate
• Craniofacial anomalies
• Masses, lumps and tumors of the head and neck
• Vascular lesions or birthmarks (hemangiomas lymphatic malformations or lymphangiomas)
• Ear disease
• Hearing loss
• Speech disorders
• Ear deformities
• Airway problems (difficult or noisy breathing)
• Swallowing problems
• Foreign body removal from lungs, esophagus, ears, nose and throat
• Voice disorders and hoarseness
• Obstructive sleep apnea
• Sleep-disordered breathing
• Sinusitis
• Pharyngitis or tonsillitis
• Neck infections
• Chronic cough

9-10:15am: Clinic at Physician's Pavilion, 2nd Floor, Suite 250
11:15am-4pm Clinic at Doernbecher Childrens Hospital - focus on cleft lip and palate
(appointment can be coordinated with CDRC Craniofacial Disorders Program).
