Henry A. Milczuk, M.D. joined the Department of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at OHSU in 1994.  He graduated from the University of Michigan and received his MD degree from the University of California, Davis.  He completed his training in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Washington.  In 1993, he completed a fellowship in Pediatric Facial Plastic Surgery at Arkansas Children's Hospital.  He subsequently completed his fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology at the Children's Hospital in Seattle by 1994.

Currently he is on staff at Doernbecher Children's Hospital, Shriner's Hospital for Children, Providence St.  Vincent's, and Legacy Emanuel Children's Hospital.
