Dr. Winkler completed his residency in Otolaryngology at the University of Maryland. He is presently the fellow in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at OHSU. His clinical interests include all aspects of facial plastic surgery including cosmetic and reconstructive surgery (rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, facelift, reconstruction after cancer surgery), and non-invasive treatments (Botox, Restylane). His academic interests include 3D imaging, aesthetic anthropometric proportions and cleft lip surgery.
