The Portland Rhinoplasty
Course 2010
July 30 - August 1, 2010 Portland, Oregon
A unique opportunity to expand your knowledge in rhinoplasty surgery
is being offered in Portland this July.
The course will emphasize intensive and personal contact with expert faculty. This will be accomplished by strictly
limiting enrollment in the course, which will encourage and maximize exchange between participants and faculty.
This course will cover the art of rhinoplasty in depth. All aspects of the complex procedure will be discussed,
from the fundamentals to the latest advancements in the field. The course will emphasize several key areas of rhinoplasty surgery,
including:
- Current evolution of the open structure approach
- Secure strategies in revision rhinoplasty
- New understandings relating form to function
- Innovative applications of alloplastic materials
Each day of the course will feature structured panel discussions, faculty-student workshops, didactic presentations,
and case analysis with the expert faculty. Participants are encouraged to bring their own difficult cases for discussion and
analysis.
This course is appropriate for the resident surgeon, surgeons who wish to brush up on the fundamentals of
rhinoplasty and the experienced practitioner interested in the latest technical refinements.
Seize this excellent opportunity to enhance your rhinoplasty knowledge and learn from this group of renowned
rhinoplastic experts in a personal and approachable format. We invite you to join us in the continuing quest for mastery
of this challenging field.
Laboratory
Participants in the laboratory portion of the course will have the opportunity to dissect fresh
cadaver specimens. Relevant anatomy and surgical maneuvers will be demonstrated. Laboratory enrollment will be

facilitate the dissection. Course participants are urged to register early for this outstanding educational opportunity.
