Opt-Out Information
If you would like to request a bracelet to opt-out of the PRIMED cardiac resuscitation trial, please call 503-494-7014.

Because the PRIMED trial has not been approved by the local institutional review boards, we are not mailing bracelets yet. You may leave your address to request a bracelet at any time, but please be aware that the bracelets will only be sent if and when the study has been given final approval. Your address will not be used for any purpose other than to mail your bracelet.

If you already have a bracelet for the Hypertonic Saline trial, the same bracelet will work as an opt-out alert for the PRIMED trial as well as for any similar future trials.
