Dr. Akpunonu joined the Department of Emergency Medicine as faculty in 2015 as an Emergency Medicine Toxicology Fellow. His academic interests are trauma, drugs of abuse, laboratory medicine and simulation. When not working, Dr. Akpunonu enjoys traveling with his family, finding new foods, restaurants, dancing: swing, foxtrot, tango and hip hop, and supporting Ohio State Football.

Dr. Beauchamp joined the Department of Emergency Medicine as a first year toxicology fellow in July 2014. Her areas of focus include suicide attempt by overdose, resuscitation of the critically ill poisoned patient, education and outreach in toxicology, gender-specific research in emergency medicine and toxicology, opioid addiction, pre-hospital toxicology and hazardous materials. Outside of work she enjoys dining out, travel, and spending time with her dogs and partner.

Dr. Sheridan joined the Department of Emergency Medicine 2013 as a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellow after finishing his pediatric residency at OHSU. His main interests are in clinical research of pediatric headache treatment, pediatric head trauma and pediatric mental healthcare in the emergency department. Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 beautiful daughters. He actively coaches their sports teams and enjoys trips to the Oregon Zoo.
