Registration
Registration for ours ACLS courses is handled through the Department of Emergency Medicine. Interested parties may register for an ACLS course by:
OHSU Residents:
Click here to register
OHSU Employees: (i.e. Attending MD's, Nursing staff)
Download a registration form. Completed forms may returned via office mail or in person to the department office on the first floor of the CDRC West Building.
The mailing address is on the form.
Upon receipt of the form, a staff member from the Department of Emergency Medicine will contact you to confirm your course time.
All Others:
Register and pay with a credit card
For a registration to be complete, the following materials and payment must be received at least 7 working days prior to the course date:
Copy/Verification of current CPR Provider Certification
Copy of the expiring ACLS card (to be eligible for recertification, certification may not be expired longer than 3 months)
course registration fee, payable by check (made payable to OHSU Department of Emergency Medicine), credit card, or University JE.
