Prior to filling out the form you should

• Partner with EdComm, the requesting department (host site) and the receiving sites to schedule all necessary rooms, equipment and technical support for each location
• Acquire the name and phone number of the technician at each site
• Once you submit the form to edcomm1@ohsu.edu, a technician will be assigned to review your request
• Allow five (5) working days for EdComm to process requests that connect to sites that have had previous successful connections
• Allow ten (10) working days for EdComm to process requests if there is no record of a previous successful connection and to perform qualitative and quantitative testing
