Prior to filling out the form you should

• Partner with EdComm, the requesting department (host site) and the receiving sites to schedule all necessary rooms, equipment and technical support for each location
• Acquire the name and phone number of the technician at each site
• Determine if sites are trusted by reviewing the Trusted Site list
• Allow five (5) working day for EdComm to process requests that use Trusted Sites
• Allow ten (10) working days for EdComm to perform qualitative and quantitative testing of untrusted sites
