Podcasting - SLA

EdComm offers podcasts of video and/or audio content delivered over the Apple University network. EdComm will assist you with the process of converting your video and/or audio to a podcast. Once subscribed to, podcasts can be regularly distributed over the Internet or within OHSU's network and accessed with an iPod, laptop, or desktop computer (both Macs and PCs).

EDCOMM RESPONSIBILITIES
The following is what EdComm will provide to customer:

• Assign podcast expert to process your request
• Convert video/audio content to podcasting format
• FTP podcast file to the iTunes U server
• Notification where file is ready for distribution

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
The following is what the customer is expected to provide:

• Content on videotape, DVD, or CD-Rom
• Compliance with pertinent broadcasting policies (see departmental SLA.)
