Audio/Visual Rentals

Scope of Services
Rental: EdComm rents a variety of audio/visual (A/V) equipment to OHSU staff. This includes:

• Video Monitors
• VCR / DVD Cart combos (Two 13-inch, Four 20-inch)
• Overhead projectors
• Screens (84x84, 70x70, 60x60, 7x10 Fast Fold)
• Multimedia projectors
• Desktop PA/podium
• 35mm projectors w/tray
• Slide trays
• Assisted hearing devices (free - requires departmental sponsorship for non-OHSU use)

OUT OF SCOPE
In most cases, A/V equipment cannot be rented and used at non-OHSU campuses and locations. Additionally, ancillary peripherals such as laptops, etc. for presentations are not available for rental.

EDCOMM RESPONSIBILITIES
Before EdComm rents to you, we ensure that the equipment is in good working order:

• Lamp replacements as needed
• Battery replacements as needed
• Regular cleaning of filters and/or glass surfaces

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
When utilizing the A/V equipment, customers are expected to:

• Handle the equipment properly
• Pick up and return equipment to EdComm on agreed upon date and time
• Report any A/V equipment functionality issues to EdComm upon return of equipment
