Select My Workspace from the horizontal site selection bar near the top of the Sakai window. Note: When you login to Sakai, you should be automatically directed to the My Workspace page
Select the tools on the left side of the menu you wish to customize.

The Workspace contains the following features, which are customizable by the user:
Calendar:
The My Workspace calendar compiles calendar entries from all courses and projects in which you have membership. This calendar also allows you to make personal entries. All items in this calendar also appear in the summary calendar on the My Workspace hompage.

The Announcements tool collects and displays announcements from each site to which you belong.
The Preferences feature allows you to set individual preferences for Announcements, Email Archive, Resources, Syllabus, and Time Zone.
Account displays your User ID, your default contact email address, and other user information.
Resources (Faculty and Staff only):
Allows faculty and staff users to upload personal files. It functions identically as the Site resource’s folders.
