Watson joined the staff in 2002 as the Dotter Institute's first Research Coordinator. She manages all of the clinical trials and her responsibilities include regulatory management, study initiations and all follow-ups of study subjects.

Watson has 19 years of experience as an RN in several areas of nursing and has even worked overseas as the Clinical Coordinator of the Embassy Medical Unit in Jakarta Indonesia for 3 years.

In her non-working hours Watson stays busy with her 3 children and their activities and enjoys cooking, reading and community service.
