Dixie McWilliams has been with OHSU since 1989, joining the Dotter Institute’s administrative team in 1994. McWilliams presently holds the position of administrative program coordinator. In her current position, McWilliams is responsible for the short-term interventional radiology fellow training program, the stroke treatment course and the Oregon Angio Club. She also serves as the continuing medical education liaison for the Institute and the Western Angiographic and Interventional Society (WAIS). McWilliams plays a key role in the coordination of national and international conferences, special events, faculty recruitment and human resources, and immigrations visa support.

McWilliams helps to promote the Institute and its programs by coordinating the Vascular and Interventional Education Days for Technologists and Nurses (Portland, Oregon) and Interventional/Neurointerventional Conference (Park City, Utah). She is also a notary public.

McWilliams’s hobbies include golf, white-water rafting, stamp and coin collecting, quilt making, embroidery, and enjoying life.
