Masaki Ishikawa, M.D., PhD.
Dr. Masaki Ishikawa is from Hiroshima, Japan. He graduated from Tottori University, Faculty of Medicine in 2000. After medical school he worked at hospitals associated with Hiroshima University. He has been with the department of Diagnostic Radiology, Hiroshima University Hospital since 2008 where he earned his PhD in medicine in 2012.
Ishikawa specializes in transcatheter arterial chemoembolization for hepatocellular carcinoma as well as implantation of hepatic arterial ports. His interest is in interventional treatment for bleeding, vascular malformation, malignant tumor and portal hypertension.
In his free time, Ishikawa enjoys spending time with his family and watching soccer games.
